THE ANALYST

  • Excellent communication skills (questioning, probing, listening, establishing rapport, matching and closing)

  • Ensure all verification are completed prior deadline

  • Plans visit, method, and data acquisitions

  • Work together with field agents on daily basis

  • Preparing necessary resources for quick results

  • Flexibility and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities

  • Handle multiple verification platforms including telephone, e-mail, social media, and database

  • Achieve KPI’s whilst maintaining excellent quality

  • Passionate about what you can be, what you do, and what you want to achieve

  • Efficient, honest, strong analytical, critical, and earnest

  • Compile final report for clients

Investigative
Analyst

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor Degree in any majors

  • Excellent communicator (Especially English - writing with sufficient grammar is a MUST)

  • Fast typist - 60 words per minute

  • Discipline, thorough, target oriented, and follow SOP's

  • Great Interpersonal skills

THE GROWTH SPECIALIST

  • Excellent at market research, cold calling, canvassing, client acquisitions, and negotiation

  • Develop effective marketing pitch, presentation, proposal, and sustainable business growth

  • Plans client visit, visit route, and business meeting

  • Achieving weekly visit and database target

  • Maintain relationships with current and future clients

  • Flexibility and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities

  • Loves to travel, attend exhibitions, and events

  • Passionate about what you can be, what you do, and what you want to achieve

  • Efficient, honest, strong analytical, critical, and earnest

  • Compile weekly sales report to management

Sales
Executive

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor Degree in any majors

  • Presentable with high degree of professional ethics

  • Excellent presentation skills and  communicator (both Bahasa and English - both Speaking and Writing)

  • Fit to travel, attend meetings and events

  • Discipline, thorough, and target oriented

  • Great Interpersonal skills

  • Ensure all verification are completed prior deadline

  • Plans visit, method, and data acquisitions

Field Agent

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Free time to travel and make the visit

  • Able to use e-mail, Whatsapp, and smartphone

  • Own a motorcycle

  • Discipline, thorough, target-oriented, and follow SOP's

  • Great Interpersonal skills
